Dean Rutter, Founder/Creator — Dean and his wife Bridgette founded Make Baby Laugh! in April, 2002. Dean has consulted to numerous startup businesses after successfully founding and growing Apartments.com for over seven years. Before this he spent 10 years with Accenture (Andersen Consulting).

Bridgette Rutter, Co-Founder/Talent — Bridgette helped launch Make Baby Laugh! and led the company's development of Laugh! Together! and Chuckle Together! for most of 2004.

Andrew Schones, Video/Editing — Andy serves as our DP and lead editor. Working with Dean, Andy makes many of the editorial and sound decisions. Prior to joining Make Baby Laugh!, Andy filmed and edited a thirteen part PBS series, Odysseys and Ovations and has worked in Local News as a cameraman.

Dr. Kori Levos Skidmore, Veracity — Dr. Kori is a clinical child psychologist in private practice, has directed a developmental assessment service, and has extensive teaching and lecturing experience. She offers expert insights and commentary that help ensure our videos support broadly held tenants of developmental psychology.

Christopher Clemente, Music — Chris, a multi-instrumentalist, arranged, coordinated talent, performed and recorded Giggle Together!'s Video and Music Soundtracks at his studio in Chicago. He is a trainer/clinician for Warwick basses. When not producing, Chris performs on others' recordings and live with several bands.

Robert Stock, Character Modeling & Animation — Bob is the founder and owner of Stock's Eye, a 3-D graphics, website and animation studio based in Granby, Massachusetts. Bob and his talented team of modelers and animators were significantly responsible for brining our TickleMon vision to life.

Todd Ripplinger, Object Modeling & Animation — Todd was an independent Lightwave animator and was responsible for animating most of the stress ball objects that appear in our titles and transitions. Todd tragically passed in early 2004 but his work lives on at Make Baby Laugh!

Andrea Blain, Public Relations — Andrea is president of Andrea Blain Public Relations Inc., which specializes in publicizing children's VHS, DVD and toys. For over a decade she has been responsible for promoting literally hundreds of the most popular and beloved children's and family video releases.

Rick Mazursky, Strategy/Merchandising— Rick has over 35 years of business experience in children's activities and products including educational toys and software, candy and videos. He has served on several Boards and has conducted a great deal of research concerning these subjects. He has been awarded 5 US patents.

Bob Rosenbaum, Distribution — Bob has been a consultant to startup endeavors in the sales and marketing area of their business for fifteen years. Prior to starting his consulting business, Bob was a sales and marketing executive in several companies in the toy industry.
